# Civil Aviation Act 1971, Paragraph 1


In section 19 of the 1939 c. 38.Ministry of Supply Act 1939, in paragraph (i) of the definition of " articles required for the public service ", after the word " Authority " there shall be inserted the words "the Civil Aviation Authority".
