  "text": "In section 15(2)(a) of that Act (which adapts provisions amended by paragraph 6(3) of this Schedule) for the words \" under the Convention relating to that Organisation\" there shall be substituted the words \"or likely to be approved under any such agreement as is there mentioned\" and for the words \" and Convention \" there shall be substituted the words \"and any such agreement\".",
