# Civil Aviation Act 1971, Paragraph 3


In paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 11 to that Act (which provides for the modification of section 143 of the Public Health Act 1936) for the words " persons in aircraft" there shall be substituted the words "persons and aircraft".
