# Civil Aviation Act 1971, Paragraph 5


In section 6(6) and (7) of the 1960 c. 38.Civil Aviation (Licensing) Act 1960 (which relate to offences under that section and are applied by the following section) for the words " this section" there shall be substituted the words "the following section".
