Paragraph 8

In section 8(1) of that Act (which relates to interpretation), in the definition of " manager", for the words from " or holds" onwards there shall be substituted the words "it or holds a licence granted in respect of it by virtue of section 8 of the 1949 c. 67.Civil Aviation Act 1949".
