# Civil Aviation Act 1971, Paragraph 1


For any reference in Schedule 5 to the 1948 c. 28. (N.I.).Roads Act (Northern Ireland) 1948 to an authority or a local authority or to the functions of a local authority as a road authority there shall be substituted a reference to the Civil Aviation Authority or to the functions of the Civil Aviation Authority as the case may require.
