# Civil Aviation Act 1971, Paragraph 6


In paragraph 10 of the said Schedule 5, for the words from " signed " to the end of sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the words "signed by such person as may be designated for the purposes of this Schedule by the Civil Aviation Authority".
