Section 66 Application of Act to certain overseas territories

(1)

Her Majesty may by Order in Council direct that—

(a)

any of the provisions of this Act shall extend, with such modifications (if any) as may be specified in the Order, to any relevant overseas territory; or

(b)

any provision of this Act shall apply in relation to an aircraft registered in any relevant overseas territory as it applies in relation to an aircraft registered in the United Kingdom but with such modifications (if any) as may be so specified.

(2)

An Order in Council made by virtue of the preceding subsection may be revoked or varied by a subsequent Order in Council so made.
