Section 69 Minor and consequential amendments of enactments, and repeals

(1)

The enactments specified in Schedule 10 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified (which are minor amendments and amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act).

(2)

The enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 11 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
