# Civil Aviation Act 1978 (repealed 8.11.1995), Section 14: Minor, consequential and consolidation amendments and repeals.

(1) The enactments specified in Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified, and of those amendments—
(a) those specified in Part I of that Schedule are minor amendments and amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act; . . .

(2) The enactments specified in Schedule 2 to this Act (which include certain spent provisions) are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
