  "long_title": "This Order amends the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Guernsey) Order 1992 (“the principal Order”). The effect of the amendments in paragraphs (2) and (4) of article 2 is to revoke the extension to the Bailiwick of Guernsey of section 88 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (detention and sale of aircraft for unpaid airport charges) as modified by the principal Order; that section is excluded from the power contained in section 108(1) of that Act of 1982, under which the principal Order was made. The amendment in paragraph (3) of article 2 is consequential.",
