  "text": "In paragraph 14 of Part II of Schedule 1 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Jersey) Order 1990 (hereinafter referred to as “the 1990 Order”)—\n(a) sub-paragraph (c) shall be omitted;\n(b) at the end, there shall be added—\n“; and\n(h) after subsection (12), there shall be added—\n“(13) In subsections (1), (3), (4) and (5) above, “prescribed” means prescribed by order of the Committee.””.",
