  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 1990/2145 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nCIVIL AVIATION\nMade 18th March 1998\nComing into force 18th May 1998\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 18th day of March 1998\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in pursuance of section 108(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
