  "text": "It shall be the duty of the CAA—\n(a) to provide the board with such staff and other facilities as the CAA after consultation with the board considers appropriate for enabling the board to perform its functions; and\n(b) to pay any member such travelling and subsistence allowances as the CAA considers appropriate in connection with his functions as a member.",
