# Civil Aviation Act 1982, Paragraph 23


In section 21(7) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 for the words “section 8 of the Civil Aviation Act 1949” there shall be substituted the words “section 60 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982”.
