# Civil Aviation Act 1982, Paragraph 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For paragraph 1 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“1 An application by the Civil Aviation Authority or a person who holds a licence under Chapter I of Part I of the Transport Act 2000 (“a licence holder”)to the Secretary of State for a vesting order shall be in the prescribed form.”.
