# Civil Aviation Act 1982, Paragraph 4


Paragraph 11 of Schedule 7 to this Act shall have effect in relation to any compensation payable under paragraph 3 of this Schedule as it has effect in relation to any such compensation as is mentioned in the said paragraph 11.
