Section 19 Application of certain enactments to CAA.

Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect as respects the application of the enactments mentioned in that Schedule (which relate to statutory undertakers, statutory undertakings and related matters).

For the purposes of the law relating to rating, the undertaking of the CAA shall be treated as not being a public utility undertaking.
