# Civil Aviation Act 2012, Paragraph 10


In section 12(3) (power to impose restrictions in relation to aircraft)—
(a) for “the Civil Aviation Authority” substitute “ the CAA ”, and
(b) for “that Authority” substitute “ the CAA ”.
