  "text": "(1) Section 18A (enforcement notices) is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit subsection (3).\n(3) After that subsection insert—\n“(4) Where a person authorised in writing by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Part of this Act serves an enforcement notice, the Secretary of State must give the CAA a copy of the notice.\n(5) Where a person authorised in writing by the CAA for the purposes of this Part of this Act serves an enforcement notice, the CAA must give the Secretary of State a copy of the notice.”",
