# Civil Aviation Act 2012, Section 107: Offences under Civil Aviation Act 1982


(1) Section 99 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (offences) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (4)—
(a) for “or under” substitute “ , under ”, and
(b) at the end insert “ or under an Air Navigation Order ”.
(3) In subsection (5) omit paragraphs (c) and (d).
