# The Civil Aviation (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Airports Act 1986


In section 74(2)(d) of the Airports Act 1986 (restriction on disclosure of information), for “EU obligation” substitute “retained EU obligation”.
