# The Civil Aviation Authority (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Introduction: Introductory text


CIVIL AVIATION
Made 10th June 1996
Laid before Parliament 10th June 1996
Coming into force 1st July 1996
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals under section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, hereby makes the following Regulations—
