  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 11th May 1995\nComing into force 11th May 1995\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of the House of Commons;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—",
