  "long_title": "The Civil Aviation Authority (Hovercraft) Regulations 1972 prescribed the procedure to be followed by the Civil Aviation Authority (“the CAA”) in connection with the performance by it of its functions in connection with the certification of fitness of hovercraft and the approval of persons as qualified to submit reports to the CAA. In consequence of the transfer of the CAA’s functions of certification and maintenance of hovercraft to the Secretary of State these Regulations are revoked (regulation 2).",
