# The Civil Aviation Authority (Hovercraft) (Revocation) Regulations 1996, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 8th January 1997
Coming into force 1st February I997
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3) and 7(l) and (2) of, and paragraph 15 of Schedule 1 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals under section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
