  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations consolidate the Civil Aviation (Canadian Navigation Services) Regulations 1986, as amended.\nIn addition to some minor and drafting amendments the following change of substance is made:—\nThe charge for the use of air navigation services provided by or on behalf of the Government of Canada in respect of each flight between any point in North America and any point outside North America in the course of which the aircraft makes use of such services within the Gander Flight Information Region is increased from $110.80 Canadian to $129.44 Canadian (regulation 4(1)(a)).\nCharges under the Regulations are payable to the Civil Aviation Authority which is required to remit them to the Government of Canada (regulation 15).",
