# The Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 11th December 1995
Coming into force 1st January 1996
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1)(a), (6)(a) and (9) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury in respect of regulation 2(a), hereby makes the following Regulations:
