# The Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2


The Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) Regulations 1994 shall be amended as follows:
(a) In regulation 4(1) for the sums £40.70, £10.88 and £29.82 there shall be substituted respectively the sums £49.38, £14.00 and £35.38;
(b) In regulation 15(2) for the figure 9.705% there shall be substituted the figure 17.436%.
