Laid before Parliament 11th December 1991
Coming into force 1st January 1992
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of his powers under section 73(1)(a) and (6)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
