  "text": "The Civil Aviation (Navigation Services Charges) Regulations 1991 shall be amended as follows—\n(1) In regulation 2(1), for the Table there shall be substituted the following new Table—\nTABLE\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nColumn 3\nHeathrow—London\nFor each metric tonne and for each fraction of a metric tonne up to 100 metric tonnes\n£1.87\n£1.78\nFor each additional metric tonne, and for each fraction of a metrictonne, over 100 metric tonnes\n£0.79\n£0.73\nGatwick—London\nFor each metric tonne and for each fraction of a metric tonne up to 100 metric tonnes\n£1.87\n£1.78\nFor each additional metric tonne, and for each fraction of a metric tonne, over 100 metric tonnes\n£0.79\n£0.73\nStansted—London\nFor each metric tonne and for each fraction of a metric tonne up to 100 metric tonnes\n£1.87\n£1.78\nFor each additional metric tonne, and for each fraction of a metric tonne, over 100 metric tonnes\n£0.79\n£0.73\nAberdeen (Dyce)\n£4.75\n£4.52\nEdinburgh\n£4.02\n£3.83\nGlasgow\n£2.91\n£2.78\nPrestwick\n£4.32\n£4.16\n(2) In regulation 6 for “a charge of ninety-three pounds” there shall be substituted “a charge of ninety-eight pounds”.",
