  "text": "The Civil Aviation (Navigation Services Charges) Regulations 1995 shall be amended as follows:\n(1) In regulation 2 the definitions of “international flight” and “maximum total weight authorised” shall be omitted and for the Table there shall be substituted the following Table—\n“\nTABLE\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nHeathrow – London\nFor each metric tonne and for each fraction of a metric tonne up to 100 metric tonnes\n£1.37\nFor each additional metric tonne,, and for each fraction of a metric tonne,, over 100 metric tonnes\n£0.56\nGatwick – London\nFor each metric tonne and for each fraction of a metric tonne up to 100 metric tonnes\n£1.37\nFor each additional metric tonne,, and for each fraction of a metric tonne,, over 100 metric tonnes\n£0.56\nStansted – London,\nFor each metric tonne and for each fraction of a metric tonne up to 100 metric tonnes\n£1.37\nFor each additional metric tonne,, and for each fraction of a metric tonne,, over 100 metric tonnes,, £0.56 Aberdeen (Dyce)\n£3.90\nEdinburgh\n£2.58\nGlasgow\n£2.58\n”\n(2) In regulation 6 for “a charge of £85” there shall be substituted “a charge of £73”.\n(3) In regulation 7(1) for “a charge of £151” there shall be substituted “a charge of £144”.\n(4) In regulation 7(3) for “a charge of £49” there shall be substituted “a charge of £39”.",
