# The Civil Aviation (Navigation Services Charges) Regulations 2000, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 8th March 2000
Coming into force 1st April 2000
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 73(1)(a), (3), (4) and (6)(a) and 74(4)(a) and (5) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury in respect of regulations 4 to 10 inclusive, hereby makes the following Regulations:
