Regulation 18 Detention and sale of aircraft for unpaid charges

The power conferred by these Regulations to detain an aircraft may be exercised on any occasion when the aircraft is on any aerodrome referred to in the Table in regulation 2(1) of these Regulations or to which section 88 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 for the time being applies and to Belfast International Airport, Belfast City Airport and Eglinton Airport.
