# The Civil Aviation (Navigation Services Charges) Regulations 2000, Regulation 8: Value Added Tax charge


For the purpose of reimbursing the CAA in respect of value added tax payable on the provision of navigation services for which a charge is payable pursuant to these Regulations there shall be charged an additional charge equal to the amount of such tax and the incidence of the first mentioned charge shall determine the incidence of the additional charge.
