  "text": "The Civil Aviation (Navigation Services Charges) Regulations 1986 shall be further amended as follows—\n(1) In regulation 2(1), for the Table there shall be substituted the following new Table—\nTABLE\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nColumn 3\nHeathrow—London\nFor each metric tonne and each fraction of a metric tonne up to 100 metric tonnes\n£1.40\n£1.18\nFor each additional metric tonne, and for each fraction of a metric tonne, over 100 tonnes\n£0.60\n£0.49\nGatwick—London\nFor each metric tonne and for each fraction of a metric tonne up to 100 metric tonnes\n£1.40\n£1.18\nFor each additional metric tonne, and for each fraction of a metric tonne, over 100 metric tonnes\n£0.60\n£0.49\nStansted—London\nFor each metric tonne and for each fraction of a metric tonne up to 100 metric tonnes\n£1.40\n£1.18\nFor each additional metric tonne, and for each fraction of a metric tonne, over 100 metric tonnes\n£0.60\n£0.49\nAberdeen (Dyce)\n£4.10\n£3.45\nEdinburgh\n£3.85\n£3.25\nGlasgow\n£2.85\n£2.40\nPrestwick\n£3.60\n£3.05\n(2) In regulation 5 for“a charge of seventy pounds” there shall be substituted“a charge of seventy-four pounds”.\n(3) In regulation 6(3) for“a charge of thirty-three pounds” there shall be substituted“a charge of forty pounds”.",
