Made 27th April 1993
Laid before Parliament 6th May 1993
Coming into force 1st June 1993
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of his powers under sections 73(1)(a), (3), (4) and (6)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and of all others powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
