Regulation 2
The Civil Aviation (Navigation Services Charges) Regulations 1998f1 shall be amended as follows:
(1)
In regulation 7(1) for “a charge of £123.00” there shall be substituted “a charge of £147.00”.
(2)
In regulation 7(3) for “a charge of £39.00” there shall be substituted “a charge of £55.00”.
