# The Civil Aviation (Notices) Regulations 1978, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations prescribe the manner of publishing and giving notices under section 29 of the Civil Aviation Act 1971 as amended by Schedule 1 of the Civil Aviation Act 1978 and also revoke the earlier Regulations made under that section.
