# The Civil Aviation (Working Time) Regulations 2004, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 19th March 2004
Coming into force 13th April 2004
The Secretary of State for Transport, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to the organisation of working time , in exercise of the powers conferred by that section hereby makes the following Regulations:
