# The Civil Aviation (Working Time) Regulations 2004, Regulation 16: Prosecution by inspectors


(1) If authorised in that behalf by the CAA, an inspector may prosecute proceedings for an offence before a magistrates' court even though the inspector is not of counsel or a solicitor.
(2) This regulation shall not apply in Scotland.
