# The Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (Commencement No.3) Order 2005, Article 4: Provisions coming into force on 15th May 2006


Subsections (1), (2), (4), (5), (6) and (8) of section 4 of the Act, except in so far as they relate to subsection (3) or (7) of that section and to the extent not already in force, come into force on 15th May 2006.
