Regulation 5 Amendment of the Principal Regulations

Regulation 3 (interpretation) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)—

(a)

in the definition of “local resilience area” for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—

“(b)

in so far as the responder has functions which are exercisable in relation to a London borough or the City of London, London;”;

(b)

after the definition of “local resilience forum” insert—

  • ““London” means the area comprising the areas of the London boroughs and the City of London;”.
