  "text": "Civil Contingencies\nMade 29th February 2012\nLaid before Parliament 6th March 2012\nComing into force 1st April 2012\nThe Minister for the Cabinet Office makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3) and (5), 6(1) and 17(6) of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004.\nHe has consulted the Scottish Ministers, the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland, and the Welsh Ministers as required by sections 14(1), 14A(1), and 16(1) of that Act respectively.\nThese regulations are made with the consent of the Welsh Ministers in so far as required by section 16(2) of that Act.",
