# Civil Contingencies Act 2004, Paragraph 28

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Secretary of State, in so far as his functions relate to matters for which he is responsible by virtue of section 1 of the Highways Act 1980 (c. 66) (highway authorities).
(2) A strategic highways company for the time being appointed under Part 1 of the Infrastructure Act 2015.
