# Civil Contingencies Act 2004, Paragraph 6

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

An NHS foundation trust within the meaning of section 30 of the National Health Service Act 2006 if, and in so far as, it has the function of providing—
(a) ambulance services, or
(b) hospital accommodation and services in relation to accidents and emergencies.
