# Civil Contingencies Act 2004, Paragraph 7


In section 138 of the Local Government Act 1972 (emergency powers)—
(a) subsection (1A) shall cease to have effect, and
(b) in subsection (3) for “subsections (1) and (1A) above” substitute “ subsection (1) above ”.
