  "text": "(1) This Act extends to—\n(a) England and Wales,\n(b) Scotland, and\n(c) Northern Ireland.\n(2) But where this Act amends or repeals an enactment or a provision of an enactment, the amendment or repeal has the same extent as the enactment or provision.",
