  "text": "(1) The holding of the Todmorden County Court shall be discontinued and Schedule 3 to the Civil Courts Order 1983 shall accordingly be amended by deleting the entry relating to that court.\n(2) The Halifax County Court shall have jurisdiction in proceedings commenced in the Todmorden County Court before this Order comes into force.\n(3) No process shall be invalid only because the holding of the court described therein by name has been discontinued by this Order. Dated 30th September 1991",
