# The Civil Courts (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1995, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1995 and shall come into force on the following dates:
(a) articles 3(f) and 4(c) on 2nd January 1996;
(b) the rest of the Order on 29th December 1995.
